For the Woman Who is Ready to Transform From The Inside Out

This signature coaching program offers you the clinical standards of concierge medicine as well as motivational container of lifestyle coaching in one package. Choose your level of support. This is for women who are self-motivated, want someone to help them stay accountable, and are ready for a major life shift.

Why the old model falls short

Most women are handed two separate paths in midlife. One provider talks about hot flashes, sleep, weight, and lab results. Another talks about leaking, urgency, or pelvic pressure. Rarely do the two conversations meet.

But your body never got the memo that these are different departments. The same shifts that change your energy, sleep, and metabolism are also changing the tissues that hold you up from below. Treating one without the other is like tending a single plant while ignoring the soil it grows in, the air it lives in and the sunshine it receives.

A woman with curly blonde hair is receiving a physical therapy or massage treatment from another woman with long brown hair in a bright, plant-filled room.

Your pelvic floor is hormone-sensitive tissue

The tissues of the vagina, urethra, bladder, and pelvic floor are rich in estrogen receptors. Estrogen helps keep them thick, elastic, well supplied with blood, and resilient.

As estrogen declines through perimenopause and after menopause, those tissues change:

  • Thinner, drier tissue can lead to irritation, burning, and pain with intimacy.

  • Less collagen means connective tissue offers less support, which can contribute to pressure or prolapse symptoms.

  • A more sensitive bladder and urethra can show up as urgency, frequency, waking at night to urinate, or more frequent urinary tract infections.

  • Changes in muscle tone and coordination make it harder for the pelvic floor to respond quickly when you cough, laugh, or lift.

These changes together are often called genitourinary syndrome of menopause. They are hormonal in origin and pelvic in expression. One condition, two systems.

Metabolism shapes the pressure your pelvic floor carries

Midlife often brings shifts in how the body handles blood sugar and where it stores weight, with more tending to settle around the abdomen. Each of these touches the pelvic floor directly.

  • Abdominal pressure. The pelvic floor is the base of your core canister. More pressure from above means it has to work harder with every cough, sneeze, and lift. Research consistently links higher abdominal weight with more urinary leaking, and modest weight change often improves symptoms.

  • Blood sugar. Diabetes and insulin resistance are known risk factors for urinary incontinence, bladder urgency, and urinary tract infections. Over time, high blood sugar can also affect the small nerves and blood vessels that serve the bladder and pelvic floor.

  • Muscle. Women lose muscle mass and strength more quickly after menopause. The pelvic floor is muscle too, and it does not exist apart from your glutes, hips, and deep core. Building strength everywhere supports it.

A pelvic floor program that ignores metabolism is asking muscles to hold up against a load no one is addressing.

Find the track that fits your story

Midlife touches every part of the body differently. Choose the track that most closely describes yours, then choose the level of support that fits your life.

  • Woman practicing yoga outdoors by a river, in a face-down position with one leg extended and one arm raised.

    Hip and Back Pain

Your back and hips keep returning to pain because what is driving it has never been fully addressed. This track goes beyond stretching and strengthening to treat the nervous system, the gut, and the movement patterns that are keeping you stuck.

  • A woman performing a physical therapy or assessment on another person's leg and foot while kneeling on the floor.

    Hypermobility

Your sensitivity is not a weakness, it is a different way of being in a body, and it requires a completely different approach to movement, stability, and healing. This track is built specifically for the highly sensitive system that conventional medicine has never known quite what to do with.

  • Two women doing yoga together in a well-lit room with potted plants, both showing thumbs-up and smiling.

    Somatic and Trauma Healing

Your symptoms are not in your head. They are in your body, and they will not release through insight alone, they release through movement, breath, and the gradual rebuilding of a felt sense of safety that this track is designed to provide.

  • Person receiving a massage on their lower back from a therapist in a wellness setting.

    Digestion

Your gut is your second brain, your immune headquarters, and one of the most honest messengers your body has. This track addresses the full picture of digestive health, from blood sugar and bowel function to the nervous system state that determines whether digestion can even begin.

  • A woman with curly hair kneeling on the floor, holding the ankle of another woman standing nearby.

    Trail Adventures and Athletic Training

You love to move hard, and you are here because moving hard is costing you more than it should. This track builds the foundation your training has been missing: stability, coordination, recovery, and the pelvic floor mechanics that determine how force travels through your body on every run, climb, and trail.

  • Person wearing a white lace top and black pants sitting by water, cupping hands to collect water from a stream or river.

    Pleasure and Reclamation

Pleasure is not a reward for being healed, it is part of the healing itself. This track is for women who are ready to reclaim their bodies as sources of sensation, vitality, and intimacy, and who are ready to understand why that has not felt safe and how to change it.

  • A woman with curly blonde hair performs an energy healing or reiki session on a woman lying on a massage table in a bright room with green plants.

    Perinatal

Your body is doing something extraordinary, and it deserves support that actually rises to meet that. This track provides the clinical guidance that pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery deserve and most women never receive.

  • A woman lying on a massage table receiving a sound healing session with a singing bowl, in a room with plants and natural light.

    Pelvic Pain

Your pelvic pain is real, and the way it has been treated is incomplete. This track addresses pelvic pain as the whole-system problem it actually is: the pelvic floor, the nervous system, the gut, the hormones, and the somatic history of the body that is experiencing it, all at once.

  • A woman practicing yoga with an instructor in a studio, with the instructor assisting her in a pose on a colorful rug.

    Incontinence and Prolapse

Leaking and prolapse are not inevitable, and they are not something you simply have to manage. They are pressure management problems in a system that was never adequately taught to manage pressure, and this track teaches it.

  • A woman receiving cupping therapy on her back from a practitioner in a bright room.

    Neck and Shoulder Pain

Your neck and shoulder pain is not a posture problem, it is the top of a longer chain that starts at your breath, your pelvis, and your nervous system. This track addresses all of it, from the bottom up, so the release actually holds.

Sensation. Structure. Sovereignty.

What Clients are Saying

Here Is How It Works

  • A stylized geometric design featuring a downward-pointing triangle with interconnected lines and circles, with purple, pink, blue, and gray accents on a black background.

Step 1: Choose your track and your level of support.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You need to know which presentation feels most like yours and which level of support fits your life right now. If you are not sure, book a consultation call and we will figure it out together.

  • A geometric illustration of a downward-pointing triangle with complex internal lines and circles, featuring three large dots at each vertex.

    Step 2 : Begin the three-phase program.

Phase one rebuilds sensation: breath, nervous system care, and your brain's ability to feel your pelvic floor and core clearly again. Phase two builds structure: pelvic floor coordination, pressure management, and strength trained in connected chains, in the movements of your real life. Phase three builds sovereignty: the confidence, body literacy, and at-home tools that let you maintain your own health without depending on a practitioner.

  • Geometric or abstract design resembling a diamond or gemstone with triangle and line patterns in black, white, blue, purple, and pink colors.

Step 3: Stay as long as you need to.

Six weeks is enough for some, others want ongoing support at various levels. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any point during your program and only pay the difference. Afterwards, monthly access to the video library and group coaching for $99 per month lets you continue building at your own pace with ongoing community support.

What Becomes Possible

By the end of this program, most women move through their day with far less leaking, bracing, and managing. You will feel genuinely present in your body during intimacy, movement, and rest. You will understand the connection between your gut, your nervous system, and your pelvic floor, and you will know how to support all three.

You will recognize your body's signals as information rather than inconvenience. You will have a nervous system that can regulate, that can move from activation into rest without getting stuck. And you will trust yourself to maintain this, because the tools will be yours.

What to Expect in the Transformation Tier:

What Is Included:

Phase 1 Sensation: Reconnect and Restore. We begin with your nervous system and your body's signals. Through breath, somatic movement, lymphatic support, visceral techniques, and nervous system sequencing, you move from managing symptoms to actually feeling and understanding what is happening inside you. Most women describe this as the first time their body has felt like home in years.

Phase 2 Structure: Rebuild Your Foundation. Breath mechanics, pelvic floor coordination, spinal alignment, and core pressure management, trained in connected chains rather than isolated exercises. For women with pelvic floor and digestive symptoms, this phase often creates noticeable change.

Phase 3 Sovereignty: Build, Balance, and Own Your Body. Functional strengthening, balance, and embodied movement in the activities you love. You build real capacity, not just stability, and movement starts to feel like expression rather than obligation.
