Most people were never taught how to live in their body. Instead, we’re taught to think, analyze, and push through, to override signals instead of listening to them. So you do what you’ve been told: you work out, stretch, see practitioners, try to “fix” the problem. And still, something feels off. Tension lingers. Pain returns. Your body doesn’t feel like it’s working with you.

I work with women who are doing everything right and still not getting the results they want. High-achieving, aware, committed women who are ready for a different approach. My work bridges structure, nervous system regulation, and embodiment so you can finally reconnect to your body in a way that creates real, lasting change.

The issue isn’t that you’re not trying hard enough. It’s that your body hasn’t been taught how to organize, feel, and respond from the inside out.

I specialize in working with hypermobility, chronic instability, and nervous system-driven movement patterns.

The Vital Axis Method™ focuses on:

I built the Vital Axis Methodᵀᴹ on three principles:

    How your body organizes to support you. This includes your breath, your pressure system, and how your muscles and joints coordinate so you’re not holding yourself together with effort.

    This allows me to work outside the limitations of insurance-based care, where sessions are often rushed and constrained by diagnosis codes rather than what your body actually needs.

    In this work, we focus on true integration and long-term change, not short-term symptom management.

    If needed, I can provide documentation (superbill) for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

  • Because this is a high-touch, time-intensive process, I do not offer refunds once the program has begun.

    That said, I take alignment seriously.
    Before starting, we ensure this work is the right fit for you so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
