Return to your Center

A 2-Hour Immersive Workshop for Pelvic Health, Pleasure, Power & Purpose

This is not a class.
This is a space to come back into your body—together.

Return to Center is a guided, in-person experience designed to reconnect you to your pelvis, your breath, and your internal sense of power—within a room of women doing the same.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.

This space is for:

  • Women navigating stress, tension, or disconnection in their bodies

  • Athletes who want deeper core integration and performance support

  • Mothers reconnecting to their pelvis after birth or years of holding

  • Leaders who carry a lot—and are ready to soften without losing power

  • Anyone curious about pelvic health, sensation, and embodied strength

All ages. All bodies. All experience levels.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at movement.
You just need to be willing to feel.

In this workshop we’ll explore

Your pelvis is not just a structure.
It’s a center of: Stability, Sensation, Creativity, Power

In this 2-hour experience, we’ll explore:

  • Pelvic awareness + mapping (actually feeling what’s there)

  • Breath + pressure systems for support and release

  • Gentle, intentional movement to reorganize tension patterns

  • Connection between pelvic health and emotional holding

  • Pleasure as a form of regulation—not indulgence

This is intelligent, grounded work—woven with depth and curiosity.

  • A deeper connection to your core and pelvic space

  • Release of unconscious holding patterns

  • Increased sensation and internal awareness

  • A sense of safety in your body—and in community

  • More access to ease, power, and fluidity

Most importantly:
You won’t be doing this alone.

You’ll experience

Why Community Matters

So many women are navigating these experiences in isolation.

When we come together:

  • The nervous system softens

  • Shame dissolves

  • Awareness expands

  • Change happens faster

There is something powerful about being in a room where
everyone is returning to themselves—at the same time.

The Method

This workshop is rooted in the Vital Axis Method™ approach:

Structure. Sensation. Sovereignty.

  • Structure → how your body supports you

  • Sensation → how you feel and interpret your body

  • Sovereignty → how you move, choose, and lead from within

This is where pelvic health becomes embodied power.

What to Expect

  • Guided movement (accessible to all levels)

  • Self-reflection and group sharing

  • Hands-on or self-touch cueing (always optional)

  • A respectful, grounded, and welcoming environment

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in.
