Although services may be provided by a licensed physical therapist, participation in Vital Axis Method™ offerings, including Return to Center™, does not establish a doctor-patient, physical therapist-patient, or ongoing healthcare provider relationship unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

You understand and agree:

  • This is educational and movement-based guidance

  • It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new movement, wellness, or lifestyle practice if you have concerns

Assumption of Risk

By participating in any workshop, session, digital program, video coaching, or service, you acknowledge that:

  • Movement and body-based practices carry inherent risks

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, discomfort, or outcome that may occur

  • You agree to participate within your own limits and listen to your body

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Vital Axis Method™, Align Wellness LLC, Val Brown, PT, and any affiliates, contractors, employees, or representatives from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of your participation in services or use of this website.

Payments + Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Workshop and session fees must be paid in advance to reserve your spot

  • Cancellation policies, if applicable, will be stated at the time of booking

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Due to the digital nature of programs and immediate access to materials, digital purchases are generally non-refundable

  • If an event or service is canceled by Vital Axis Method™, you will be offered a reschedule or refund

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Vital Axis Method™, including workshop content, exercises, language, frameworks, videos, email sequences, downloadable resources, and the Vital Axis Method™ framework, are protected intellectual property owned by Align Wellness LLC.

You may not:

  • Record workshops or sessions without consent

  • Share digital products, video content, or email materials with others
