With nearly two decades of experience across healthcare settings—including pelvic health, neurology, orthopedics, and chronic pain—I have worked with a wide range of bodies and presentations. At the same time, I have walked my own path of disconnection and reconnection, navigating both the scientific and the deeply intuitive aspects of healing. This allows me to meet you not just as a clinician, but as someone who understands the complexity of your experience and can translate it into something practical, precise, and meaningful for your body.

What sets my work apart is my ability to bridge structure, sensation, and nervous system regulation into a cohesive method. I don’t rely on one modality or a fixed protocol—instead, I guide you in learning how your body actually works, so you can begin to trust and respond to it in real time. My role is to see what may not yet be visible to you, to help you feel what may not yet be accessible, and to support you in building a relationship with your body that is grounded, intelligent, and sustainable.
